Returns & Exchanges
At PKM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PKM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
